At one of the interviews for an award, the management was asked many questions regarding its operations and practices. At the end of the interview, the interviewer remarked “Hey, this company is the ideal CSR entity.” Indeed, the company aims to be the best of the best in its business practices and to give the highest value to all, assisting everyone where it can as we operate the business.

PETER CHAN

Chief Executive Officer

Born and bred in Singapore, Mr Chan left the island nation in 1979 and commenced a career which would take him to numerous major cities around the world: New York, London, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur, before settling down in Australia. His education background, philosophy of life and innate business sense has enabled him to gather exceptional and intensive experience in varied fields and this has enabled him to succeed spectacularly in the developments that he has undertaken.

AMY LAU

Director

Ms Amy is a Chartered Secretary and has a 20-year track record in executive positions with various industries. She holds steadfastly to the notion of delivering outstanding results. It was this zest for success which led her to work with the Mitsui Group where she held a senior position before being invited by NV Multi Corporation Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia to assist its Chief Executive Officer.

DATO' AZMI RAMMELY

Director of Corporate Affairs

With more than 29 years experience in development and finance industries, Dato' Azmi Rammely has been actively involved in construction management and finance both in Malaysia and overseas. Dato' Azmi Rammely’s previous corporate experience includes Group Chief Strategy Officer of Pilecon Engineering Berhad, Senior General Manager of Boustead Holding Berhad (JV Mariwasa Kraf Tangan), Director of National Hydraulic Research Institute of Malaysia (NAHRIM) and Operation Manager of Bangsar Ria Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Metroplex Berhad).

JEFFREY LOO HEE JIN

Vice President, Business Development

Mr Loo holds a Master in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a Bachelor of Science (Finance) from the Arizona State University. He is proficient in English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Teochew), Japanese and Thai languages. He is responsible for driving all business development and sales of The Haven project across international markets.

ALAGESAN A/L ARUMUGAM

Project Manager, Project Implementation

Mr Alagesan holds a PhD in Conservation and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen Scotland, the United Kingdom. He is the Project Manager (Project Implementation) at The Haven Group and has more than 20 years’ experience in Architectural Design, Project Planning, Supervision and Construction.
